TB-Gruppen



BACKGROUND
TB-Gruppen's presentation will outline their plans to acquire land from a local municipality. The municipality's key preference is to attract buyers who can contribute to the community through job creation, fostering a sense of community, and enhancing public interest in the area.


RESULT
The primary objective of this land acquisition is for TB-Gruppen to establish a creation centre that will serve as a hub for local craftsmen, detail workers, furniture designers, architects, and artists. This centre is envisioned to stand out as a landmark and point of interest.

The "Hantverkarcentret" presentation will include an elevator pitch for decision-makers. It will delve into the specifics of the location, the envisioned future, and the expected outcomes of TB-Gruppen's efforts in developing the area. The emphasis will be on how this project will contribute to the community's prosperity and uplift the residents.
